Second Deadline: Feb 5th (Safe Zone + $250 Surcharge)
Final Deadline: February 14th (At Risk + $250 Surcharge)

Log In
Visit the ETS website and log in using your sponsor credentials. First-time users will need to create an account with their unique sponsor code.
Browse and Select Items
Explore the catalog of booth furnishings and accessories. Add your desired items to your cart by selecting quantities and confirming specifications.
Review Your Order
Once your selections are complete, review your order details in the cart. Ensure all items, quantities, and delivery specifications are correct.
Submit Payment
Proceed to checkout, enter your billing information, and submit your order. Upon receipt, ETS will email you a formal invoice along with a payment link to complete your order.
Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email, detailing your selected items, payment receipt, and delivery schedule.
FURNITURE ORDERING DEADLINES
Standard Order Deadline: February 6, 2025
Orders placed on or before this date will be delivered to the venue as per the agreed-upon schedule between Procurement Leaders and the JW Turnberry Marriott Hotel.
Late Order Period: February 7–10, 2025 (until 12:00 noon)
Orders placed after February 6, 2025, will incur a 25% surcharge on the total order value.
Final Deadline: February 10, 2025, by 12:00 noon
No orders will be accepted after this date and time.
