Final Deadline: February 11th

*Zero artwork for both counters and booths will be accepted after the deadline. Please be sure to send in artwork ahead of time to confirm it’s been received and approved.

Submit Payment

Proceed to checkout, enter your billing information, and submit your order. Upon receipt, ETS will email you a formal invoice along with a payment link to complete your order.

Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email, detailing your selected items, payment receipt, and delivery schedule.

Orders placed on or before this date will be delivered to the venue as per the agreed-upon schedule between Procurement Leaders, Everything Tradeshows, and the Roosevelt Hotel.
